Specification:

Installation Steps: 

  1. Disconnect the battery and remove the electrical connector connected to the steering wheel.
  2. Loosen the central bolt and remove the steering wheel (ensuring that both the wheels and the body are in a straight line during disassembly).
  3. Remove the fairings on both sides and loosen the fixing bolts to remove the old clock spring.
  4. Install and lock the new clock spring, ensuring it aligns with the tab on the back of the steering wheel, and then reinstall the steering wheel.

Symptoms of a Bad Clock Spring：

  • Inoperable steering wheel buttons.
  • Inoperative horn.
  • Intermittent loss of electrical fuses.
