Q: WHY DOES MY ORDER SAY "DELIVERED" WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVE IT?

A: For domestic orders (us), please contact your local shipping carrier and file a claim. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse orders that were misdelivered by the shipping carrier or stolen from a property. Thank you for your understanding.

For international orders, there are times when a package is marked as "Delivered" When it arrives at a processing facility. It is common for there to be a lag in time from when the package is marked as "Delivered" To when you are notified to pick up the package (this may vary depending on the carrier). Again, please contact your local shipping carrier and inquire about your delivery.
