Installation Notes:

• 22 in-lbs (2.5NM) recommended for all worm-gear clamps.
• These clamps have an operating range of 18-27 in- 2-3NM.
• Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 27 in-lbs (3NM).

Installation Steps:

1. Loosen the tab and bolt, and remove the PCV hose from the engine compartment.
2. Feed the longer hose under the intake and connect it to the PCV valve housing. Install the smaller hose to the intake port.
3. Remove the bolt that secures the fan shroud.
4. Install your catch can bracket using the provided hardware. Place the spacer on the back side of the bracket so it's positioned between the bracket and fan shroud.
5. Install the additional bracket piece to the back of the catch can bracket.
6. Attach the fittings to the catch can, then install the catch can to the bracket.
7. Connect the longer hose to the inlet port on the catch can and the shorter hose to the outlet port on the catch can.
8. Reinstall the engine cover. Installation is ok!!!
